Are all teams handmade?
KathWool is our crochet brand. All our products are 100% hand-crocheted. Every stitch and thread comes from the hands of our crocheter. Hope we can bring you the most sincere products!
How long will it take to get my order?
Most of the products will be shipped within 5 business days. For the flower bouquets, we will process the order within one week. Once the order is ready, it will immediately be shipped to your destination. Shipping time is about 10 to 15 days.
If you need the product to reach your destination on time, please contact us via Email(contact@kathwool.com). We offer expedited shipping which can be much quicker, only takes 7 days.
How long will it take to get my order?
Once we have shipped your item, you will receive a confirmation email from us along with tracking numbers from our logistic partners.
My shipping address is incorrect, what should I do?
Please contact us in time and we will modify the delivery address of your order before shipping.
Please note that we are unable to amend the delivery address for an order once it has been dispatched. You will need to contact the courier directly to do this.
