If we are out of stock of an item you’re interested in, please contact us using the information on the contact us page. We will be happy to let you know if and when the product is expected to be back in stock.
If you have a preferred dye lot but are happy to accept an alternative if it’s unavailable, please let us know by using the order notes box on the cart page. However, if you require a specific dye lot and would only like to proceed with the order if it’s available, we’re happy to check for you. In this case, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm availability.

We aim to dispatch your order the same or next working day. Our standard dispatch time in China is usually 2-4 working days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch email with tracking information. If you have chosen a tracked courier, we aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 working days.

Yes, all orders are sent via a tracked service unless you’re ordering letter items like patterns, needles, or hooks. These items are not sent via a tracked service.
If your order has not arrived within the normal timescale, please wait an additional 24-48 hours as delivery times can sometimes vary in peak times. If your order has still not arrived, please get in touch via the contact us page.

Returns and Refunds
We are happy to replace or refund any item should you wish. However, you will be responsible for the return postage, and the product must be in new and unused condition. Please visit our returns page here for more information.
