Check the email address you used at checkout, including your spam or junk folder, for your order and download emails. If you can’t find the link, send us a message with your order number or the email address used for the purchase.
My PDF won’t open. What should I try?
Try saving the file to your device, then opening it in a PDF reader. If it still won’t open, tell us the pattern name, the device or app you’re using, and the error message you see.
Is this a pattern or a finished item?
Kathwool’s crochet PDF patterns are digital downloads. You make the finished piece yourself; yarn, hooks and a finished item are not included. Check the individual product page for the files and project details included.
How do I choose a pattern that suits me?
Start with the technique, materials and project details on the product page. If you’re unsure about a particular design, send its name or link and the detail you’d like to check before ordering.
